Esola AI is an independent consultancy that helps organisations get real value from AI, and from the product decisions around it. We work with professional services firms, including legal practices, and with the software companies that serve them.

Almost every engagement starts from the same question: where will AI genuinely pay off for this business, and where is it simply noise? We help leadership teams answer that, turn the answer into a plan their people can act on, and stay close to delivery so the plan actually lands. Sometimes that means designing a new service or product; often it means making one existing workflow clearer, faster and more reliable.

Our clients are typically leadership teams — managing partners, chief operating officers, heads of strategy, and product leaders in software businesses. They already feel the pressure to act on AI. What they need is a defensible route forward, not a tour of the latest tools.

The practice is founder-led and deliberately small. You work directly with the person doing the thinking, from the first conversation through to delivery, with no account layer in between.
